Jim Robb is a national security leader with deep engineering expertise from over 30 years of developing and implementing critical technologies that enabled sensitive agency missions.
As Vibrint’s Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both the services and products divisions of the company.

Throughout his career, Jim has directed global workforces to provide secure IT services, from end-user experiences to cloud-based services, across the national security community. He also has deployed and sustained end-to-end SIGINT mission infrastructure to help agencies establish cloud service offerings.

Before joining Vibrint, Jim was Chief and Program Executive Officer at the National Security Agency for the U.S. Department of Defense, where he led Enterprise Infrastructure Services in support of high-priority missions. At NSA, Jim ensured that its complex and large-scale IT platform operated at maximum performance levels across hundreds of thousands of devices around the globe. He also established commercial-based collaborative services supporting remote work during the pandemic and continuing today.

Jim started his career as an engineer in the U.S. Air Force. He earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy. Jim was awarded the Presidential Rank Award and twice received the NSA Meritorious Civilian Service Award.
