Amy Steinberg has extensive experience leading engineering and product teams to drive mission success for customers across the defense and intelligence communities.

Amy is Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at Vibrint, responsible for driving business development, capture, and program management. She brings an energetic, inclusive approach to leading initiatives related to employee and professional development, and cultivating a working environment in which team members are encouraged and empowered to be collaborative, creative, and innovative.

Prior to her current role, Amy served for nearly a decade as Chief Operating Officer at Engineering Solutions Inc. Her earlier career positions included senior leadership responsibilities through which she created customer success while at some of the largest and most prestigious in the federal marketplace, including ASRC Federal, SAIC/Leidos and Sesmic/Raytheon Applied Technology.
Amy has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
