Skip Maselli is Vice President of Business Development for Vibrint’s Advanced Technology Programs, where he leads capture strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives across priority mission areas. He works closely with internal teams and mission partners to align Vibrint’s intelligence and analytics capabilities with evolving national security requirements.

Skip brings more than 35 years of experience supporting mission growth across the defense, intelligence, and space communities. His background spans ISR, GEOINT, remote sensing, and advanced sensing, with a strong focus on aligning customer mission needs with innovative solutions and building high-performing, collaborative teams.

Skip holds a Master of Science in Remote Sensing/Image Processing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Philosophy from Dickinson College. He serves on the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation Advisory Committee and the Janes Defense National Advisory Board and is a general partner with Thomas Taylor Partner Holdings. He is also a Certified GEOINT Professional (USGIF) and a former U.S. Army intelligence officer.
