Scott Clark is an accomplished technology and business leader with over two decades of experience in systems engineering, program management, and alliance development within the federal and national security sectors.

As Vice President of Products and Alliances at Vibrint, Scott leads the design and execution of initiatives that expand the company’s product portfolio and strengthen its strategic partner ecosystem. He works closely with the executive team to scale innovation and deliver mission-aligned solutions for U.S. government clients.

Scott has held several key leadership positions throughout his career. As a Program Manager at ESi, he led program delivery, fostered high-impact partnerships, and managed complex technical operations. His broader experience includes roles at Lockheed Martin and Axom Technologies, where he focused on systems integration and mission support. A U.S. Army veteran and former Electronic Warfare Technician, Scott brings a mission-first mindset to every challenge.

He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
