Eddie Harless is a seasoned program management executive with over 20 years of experience delivering complex technical solutions to the U.S. Intelligence Community.

As Vice President of MPO Programs at Vibrint, he oversees the successful execution of mission-critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and organizational goals. Eddie prides himself in fostering positive relationships at all levels and brings a unique blend of leadership, vision, and knowledge to the company.

Prior to his current role, Eddie served as Vice President of Programs at ESi, where he oversaw the delivery of advanced engineering and IT services to federal clients. Following ESi’s combination with Meadowgate Technologies to form Vibrint, he transitioned into his current leadership position, continuing to champion excellence in program execution. Eddie began his career in the U.S. Navy as a Cryptologic Technician, later moving into the defense industry where he held a range of program, project, and personnel management roles supporting multiple Intelligence Community customers.

Eddie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Security Technology from Drexel University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
