Chris Whitlock is a cybersecurity and operations leader with over 15 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. As CISO and Vice President of Vibrint’s Advanced Technology Programs, he oversees the delivery of multi-cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence solutions for federal agencies.

Previously, Chris served as Chief Operating Officer at Ampsight, where he played a key role in scaling the company’s cloud-native cybersecurity offerings prior to its acquisition by Vibrint. He has led the successful Authority to Operate of over 100 classified systems and advised CISOs across multiple agencies on emerging technologies and strategic decisions. His field experience includes managing overseas government sites and networks in high-risk environments.

Chris was recognized with the 2024 Globee® Gold Award for Cybersecurity Professional of the Year.

He holds a Master of Arts degree in Economic Policy Analysis from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Binghamton University.
