Andrew Heifetz is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience delivering mission-critical solutions across cloud computing, cybersecurity, and advanced analytics for the national security community.

As CSO at Vibrint, Andrew leads the development of long-range strategies that guide technology direction and alignment with evolving federal mission needs. He brings a strong track record of building high-performing teams and driving innovation across dynamic technology environments.

Prior to joining Vibrint, Andrew was the CEO of Ampsight, a fast-growing provider of multi-cloud, AI, and cybersecurity solutions for U.S. government agencies. Under his leadership, Ampsight earned a reputation for technical excellence and strategic agility, culminating in its acquisition by Vibrint in 2025. His earlier career includes leadership roles at BlackSky, OpenWhere, and Ernst & Young, as well as founding Avollution and co-founding Exalt Consulting Group.

Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Maryland. Andrew serves on the Advisory Board of George Mason University's Center for Excellence in Government Cybersecurity Risk Management and Resilience.
