Amy Lyttle is a seasoned human resources leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling people-focused strategies in the federal technology and national security sectors.

As Vice President of Human Resources at Vibrint, Amy leads the company’s workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development. She collaborates closely with Vibrint’s Executive Leadership Team to align HR initiatives with the company’s mission to support national security customers through innovative technology solutions.

Amy joined Vibrint through the integration of ESi and Meadowgate Technologies, where she served as Director of Human Resources. Her promotion to Vice President coincided with Vibrint’s launch as a unified brand in 2023, reflecting her pivotal role in shaping the company’s people-first culture.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Elon University.
