1. Children Under the Age of 16

The Website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from a child under 16, please contact us through one of the methods listed in the Contact Information section below.

Google Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics to analyse usage of our Website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the site, what pages they visit, and how they navigate through the site. We use this information to improve our Website. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the site, not your name or other personally identifying information, and operates under Google's Consent Mode v2 framework on our Website, meaning it will only collect analytics data after you have provided consent via our cookie banner. Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

HubSpot

We use HubSpot (portal ID 49575713) to track Website visitor activity and manage contact form submissions. HubSpot sets cookies to identify visitors and track page views across sessions. Information submitted via our contact forms is stored in HubSpot's CRM platform. HubSpot tracking is only activated after you have provided consent via our cookie banner.

YouTube

Our Website contains embedded video content hosted on YouTube (Google LLC). YouTube may set cookies on your device when you interact with embedded videos on our site. These cookies are only set after you have provided consent via our cookie banner.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to manage tracking scripts on our Website. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data but may deploy third-party tags. Any such tags are subject to the same consent requirements as the tools described above.

Third-Party Advertising Technologies

We work with third-party media agencies who may deploy advertising measurement and audience tracking tags on our Website via Google Tag Manager. These tags may set cookies relating to advertising campaign performance and may include technologies operated by Google (DoubleClick/Campaign Manager) and LinkedIn. Data Retention

We retain personal information you provide to us for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Specifically:

• Analytics data collected via Google Analytics is retained for 14 months (the default Google Analytics retention period).
• Contact information and enquiry records submitted via our contact forms and stored in HubSpot are retained for as long as is necessary to manage the relevant business relationship.
• Cookie consent records are retained for 12 months, at which point your consent preferences will be requested again.

6. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

• To our parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including AMG HoldCo IV LLC, Ampsight, Meadowgate Technologies, and Engineering Solutions.

Our Website is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, including in the European Union or United Kingdom, please be aware that information we collect may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We use third-party services including Google Analytics (operated by Google LLC) and HubSpot (operated by HubSpot, Inc.), both of which are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. This framework provides appropriate safeguards for the transfer of personal data from the EU and UK to the United States. For more information, see https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov.

Vibrint does not have an EU or UK legal establishment and therefore is not required to appoint an EU or UK representative under the GDPR or UK GDPR at this time. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

8. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following controls:

Cookie Consent

When you first visit our Website, a cookie banner will be displayed allowing you to accept, decline, or customise your cookie preferences. You can revisit and update your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings option in the footer of our Website.

Your Privacy Choices (California Residents)

California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information by clicking the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of our Website, or by submitting a request to David.thompson@vibrint.com. We will process your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. However, our cookie consent mechanism provides you with equivalent control over tracking technologies used on our Website.

Global Privacy Control

California law requires businesses to respond to the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We are reviewing our implementation of GPC support and will update this policy when this is in place.

Third-Party Advertising Opt-Out

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to opt out of having your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at https://optout.networkadvertising.org.

State consumer privacy laws may provide residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah have the right to:

• Opt out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales.

Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia residents also have the right to:

• Correct inaccuracies in their personal information.
• Opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Nevada

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt out of certain personal information sales. Residents who wish to exercise this right may submit a request to David.thompson@vibrint.com. Please note that we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

10. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You may contact us at David.thompson@vibrint.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not be able to delete your personal information in all circumstances, for example where we are required to retain it by law. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

11. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure our Company data and Website, and personal information, from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

12. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page.
